Robyn Pannett

A few years ago, I realised that Celebrancy was the perfect way to combine a love working with people and using my creative writing skills to write unique and individual ceremonies.

I wanted to make sure I had up-to-date professional knowledge and skills so I studied at the New Zealand Celebrancy School, graduating with a Diploma of Celebrant Studies.

Having a professional qualification means that I have a much higher level of skill and I can guarantee your ceremony will be a one of a kind, unique to you and will delight you, your partner, and your wedding day guests!

I love all kinds of weddings - perhaps you are having a small wedding in a park, a paddock, a large wedding at a venue, or something in between. I especially love outdoor weddings. I have a friendly and laid back style and am an expert at working with those who find it hard to put their feelings into words.  This can be a struggle for lots of people but I’m constantly amazed how well they do with the right encouragement. No need to be nervous, I’m here to help.

My husband Gray and I own Limehills Hereford Stud and run a sheep and beef farm in Central Otago. This means I’m a pretty good fit for rural couples as I’m pretty relaxed and informal.

I travel all over Otago and the Lakes District and elsewhere by negotiation. In most cases, there is no mileage and I have bases in Wanaka, Dunedin and in my home town Roxburgh. I’m happy to travel.

I’m easygoing and friendly and I’ll work with you so your ceremony is exactly what you want.  I won’t take over or boss you around! I love a bit of humour woven in to my ceremonies and I will write funny poems or readings just for you if you want.

Most importantly, I just love weddings and being a part of them. It’s both a privilege and a pleasure.

If you want to meet for a chat just to see if I’m right for you, please get in touch.
